Terms of Service

Everything is arranged over the phone, with same-day slots available whenever the day's schedule allows one. Any cost mentioned before a technician has physically inspected the property is a starting-point figure only; the number that actually applies gets set once the entry points and the extent of the problem are confirmed on site.

Corte Madera, CA and the towns listed on our areas page make up our coverage. That coverage is defined by ZIP code, and we check whether an address qualifies before a visit ever gets put on the calendar.

Inspection, treatment, exclusion work, cleanup and rodent-related repair are all covered under the specific service pages describing them. Outside that scope: electrical work, structural repair unrelated to rodent damage, and full moisture or drainage remediation. When an inspection turns up something in one of those categories, we say so directly and point toward the kind of specialist it actually needs.

Plans change, and so do rodent problems, so call or message as soon as a scheduled visit stops working for you and another time will be found. There is no penalty for needing to move a booking.

These terms get revised occasionally so they stay accurate to how the business actually runs, and whatever version is posted here at the time is the one that applies.
