What gets collected.
Whatever you tell us on a call or in an email becomes part of the record for that visit: your name, a phone number, the service address, and a description of what is going on. Nothing beyond what you volunteer is gathered, and there is no form on this site pulling information in the background.
What it gets used for.
That information is used for exactly what you gave it to us for: getting a technician to the right address, planning the visit around what you described, and keeping a record in case a follow-up is needed later. It is not sold, rented, or handed to a third party for marketing, and it is not used to promote anything outside rodent control service.
Why there is no online form.
This site is intentionally built without a contact form or booking widget, so there is nothing quietly collecting visitor details in the background. Every piece of contact happens because you picked up the phone or wrote an email yourself.
Basic site analytics.
Standard, aggregate analytics may run on this site the way they do on most sites, tracking which pages get visited without tying that activity to a named individual. It exists to help keep the site current and useful, nothing more.
